Thrive to Shine is funded by the Department Social Sciences. It ensures that eligible internship students receive the financial support they need to cover expenses related to their internship such as transportation, materials, required internship onboarding screenings, support for professional attire, and trainings or certification’s that maybe offered at a cost from their internship placements with the goal to support professional development and career readiness.
