FMU housing space is limited. It is important to note that Housing is NOT guaranteed.
It is important to be fully admitted, pay the $200 admissions enrollment deposit, you must have your FMU credentials (Student ID and FMU email).
New to housing students will be required to pay a $250.00 non-refundable housing deposit and submit a Housing Application. Once a payment is made, please provide a screenshot to聽resident.life@fmuniv.edu聽of the receipt. The application can be accessed in the聽聽portal, under residence life, please allow 24 hours for the system to update after the payment is made.
After the application is completed, students will receive detailed information about the roommate and room selection process.
Returning Students
FMU housing space is limited. It is important to note that Housing is NOT guaranteed.
It is important to be fully registered, pay the deposit, submit a housing application and then pick your room during your assigned timeslot. Timeslots will be emailed.

How to apply for Spring Housing
Students who are already residing in the residence halls do not need to apply for Spring Housing.聽 The Fall deposit and application are for the full academic year (Fall-Spring)
