Campus housing is available to students who have been fully accepted to the university and are enrolled in classes for the upcoming academic semester. Housing is on a first come, first served basis. New students must pay their $200 Admissions Enrollment deposit and a $250 non-refundable Housing Deposit AND complete a Housing application to be considered for housing.

Returning students must pay the $250.00 non-refundable Housing Deposit fee each academic year.

FMU housing space is limited. It is important to note that Housing is NOT guaranteed.

Resident students must be cleared by the Business Office before receiving a room key.

All payments must be submitted to the Bursar鈥檚 Office:

The University does not accept personal checks. Only payments by Credit Card, Cashier鈥檚 Checks and Money Orders payable to Florida 久久精品福利资源 are acceptable.

Instructions for FMU housing payment

Students and families can pay via MYFMU by following the steps below. Please make sure to use a computer.

• Navigate to the top blue bar on any page on FMU.edu and click on Login.
• Select MYFMU from the dropdown menu–Enter your User Name and Password on the next screen (if you have issues accessing MYFMU please reach out to CyberZone@fmu.edu)
• Once you enter MYFMU, go to the Student tab. You will see CashNet on the right hand side of the screen.
• Click on Go to CASHNet

• Click on Room Resv Fee Payment

• You can make the payment in this page
